Breaking Bad...

Good afternoon people, no no no and no. My post title has nothing to do with current political happenings in Ghana, none of that. Gotcha. Yes i can see your smile.  Come on people, today is Friday. I cannot afford to be too serious today. By this time, i should be in some Barbadous, sipping some pina colada by the beach...blogging about sights and sounds on a Friday night. Sigh. Snap back to reality. Pina what? I just had some crazy noodle mix from Epo Spot in Osu. Washed it down with chilled coconut juice. Why are you snickering!! Nothing low cost about those noodles apart from the price. That food has been blessed by the heavens. Just like waakye...waakye sold miles away from a smelly gutter, sold in a plantain leaf is always on point. Truth.com. No need to polish some dishes, waste of time and effort.
But Mr. Kwesi Pratt says what? New Oga did not consult? Who? Him? And since when did he has the voice of the rank and file of the ruling party? Yes, he has being a staunch supporter though he claims to bleed CPP what gives him the right to come and air and talk that way? Or am i the only one who sees him overstepping some boundries? Or there are no boundries? I see you already saying Kweku Baako Jnr? But does he also do that? I do not think so. Do you?

Ok, ok i will do 20% politics and 80% non political. Noodles and waakye sweet. Politics is sweeter, hands down (laughing). I will admit that there is soo much to talk about. Supreme Court, Presidential appointments, people lobbying within and without especially those courting the media...so much to seriously talk about (and knowing me) laughing about.
Permission to talk about my 80%non political stuff  now? Thank you. I will be done in a minute.

Francis Antwi i owe you one. But do not dream of charge alot because idey bi k3k3 reigns supreme in my world and "free" things including winning a bet for a "free" reward is not good or is it quality. Alo? Nakine n)ni. Sane le, efe simple koraa (experimenting with Ga).
Let me explain myself so you do not get lost in my rumblings about owing someone.
Francis and I had a critical arguement about foreign television series. We were arguing about the hottest series on at that particular time/ 2012. I was virtually dying with craze over my new found love 'Homeland" whilst (at least i thought) he was disturbing me with "Breaking Bad". I thought it going to be lame like Vampire Diaries( Yes Vampire Diaries is lame, True Blood anyone?). He took the huge step and went ahead to watch my obsession whilst i still argued with him about mine without watching his. Still wondering what kind of point I was trying to prove. All that excitement i was missing.

Real silly. But i will tell the truth...yep , me and my too known self  wanted to watch but i didn't want to give him the satisfaction that it is good or it will be. But goodness gracious it is beyond good, it is awesome and NO! I will not tell you what it is about. I will not discuss all the good stuff, i will recommend. You will watch and tell me what you think. Shout outs to Daniel Somuah. I sure know you loved The Hobbit. Nice, Right?
So kindly look for a nerd to download online it for you, buy the CD collection or hope that one day one of the local television stations hears of it and decides to show it. (whipsering... ummm if it is GTV do not hope for long, it aint happening. not in this lifetime).
But do look for it soon and let discuss it sometime. My top picks for series are Scandal, Homeland, Breaking Bad, Revenge, Game of Thrones, Two Broke Girls, Merlin, Suits, How I Met Your Mother and The Good Wife.No before you ask, let me answer. I do not bother my big head with Ghanaian movies or Nigerian  movies. I am simply not fascinated though sometimes I wish I could take only two people out of Ghana and Nigeria. Just take them and dump them in Hollywood. I think they will fare pretty well. They just need a good script, good directorial guidance, costume...Majid Michel and Genevive Nnaji.
Majid is not bad, love his energy in some movie i watched for about 10 minutes ( Please i only said Majid dont ask about the rest of the guys, they are very stiff)...Genevive yes i love, watched an entire Nigerian  movie because of her. It was entitled "True Colors".  I am currently hunting for Lincoln. Any movie that has 12 Oscar nominations sure tickles my fancy. I hope it is just as fabulous like the  Kings Speech and not as boring as Skyfall. I know i have got myself into trouble now. Let me run before the James Bond family see this. Grin.

But have a good weekend. I know I will...sleep, weddings, sleep, another wedding, barbeque, sleep.  Keeping my fingers crossed, praying and hoping I eat scrumptious wedding cake and not the  # raisinfilledhardteethcrushertastenumbingtype. And I also know I will enjoy the reactions as they come regarding the nominations for Ministerial positions. First list is out, I am happy he has retained Hon. Hannah Tetteh. Prof. Nana Agyemang is new not bad...anyone remember her from the IEA debates, Nana Oye Lithur...ah why? slective gender advocate....puzzled look!!!. And ooo New Oga please on behalf of the NPP leadership who need psychological treatment...Unco Spio Gabrah says he is ready to serve. Please do not let this one pass him by. Should I laugh or should I wait? Let me wait for the evil dwarf reaction...*holding in laughter*

Cant help it....hahahahahahaaaahahhhaaaahaaa

Have a good weekend everybody.

God Bless.
